The Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Performance: Study of Family Business in Central Java

This research aims to analyze the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR), family commitment, and financial performance in business Central Java. is quantitative, with data tested using Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square. The population of this businesses sample was determined purposive sampling technique. were collected questionnaires distributed Google Forms; 86 respondents answered met criteria for research. indicates that commitment positively influences both CSR performance; also performance, which means partially mediates relation performance.
